"I received an email from StateFarm informing me about the StateFarm Mutual auto insurance Company dividend disbursement. I thought it was a scam and contacted my agent but was connected with Montanna. I explained email and she informed that it wasn't a scam. So I tried my account pin again and still wasn't able to access my account. Call Montanna back and explained my issue again. She then informed me that some other client's were encountering the same problems. So she instructed me to change the one(1) to the Character (I) and low and behold that was the issue. Thanks again Montanna."
